Unfortunately I don’t have any Playskool Express items or replacement parts for sale at this time.

You best bet to find Playskool Express trains online is still eBay, but they do occasionally pop up on other sites. Check out the current eBay listing here.

Also if you have a locomotive with a burned up motor some specialty hobby shops sell items that maybe similar enough to use, but I don’t have the foggiest idea which ones you would use. I have used Tamiya model kits in the past that used working motors and gears.  but again you would have to experiment with something like that.
